1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Cortex" mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Cold Coffee Apps ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use the App:

• For any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• To transmit spam, malware, or other malicious content, specifically via the Webhook feature.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features of the App ("Cloud AI") require a paid premium subscription.

• Billing: Subscriptions are managed and billed by Google Play.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality (such as the "Rule Engine" and "The Glance" concepts), remains the exclusive property of Cold Coffee Apps and its licensors.

6. Webhooks and Third-Party Integrations

The App allows you to send data to third-party services via "Webhooks." You acknowledge that you have sole control over which URLs you configure. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of any third-party service you connect to via Webhooks.

7. Disclaimers

"As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Delivery: Due to the nature of the Android operating system (e.g., battery optimizations, OEM-specific background killers), we cannot guarantee that the App will process every single notification instantly or without failure. You rely on the App for critical alerts at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cold Coffee Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Padrauna, Kushinagar, India, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
